WHAT IS THE MOST RANDOM THING YOU HAVE RESEARCHED FOR WRITING?
When the plight of women in the mines was raised in English politics, apparently one of the worst things was that instead of being forced to wear rags or hardly anything at all in the heat of the mines, some women decided to wear...wait for it...SLACKS!!! This was considered WORSE? I still can't be sure if that's a testament to British wit, a momentary downfall of English propriety, or the personal preference of said politician.😂
